Football rewards players and teams that are willing to prepare, put the team above self and believe in one another. Winning is not necessarily about the scoreboard. It’s about the way players deal with and respond to both the highs and the lows of practices, games, seasons, and life. The biggest lesson this sport has taught me is that if I focus on things I can control and dedicate myself to doing those things to the best of my ability, the results are usually positive. We will teach our players to respect and protect their teammates. The bonds they form through sports often transcend many of their differences outside of sports. I'm honored to help mold and shape our next generation of community leaders.
